Hypnotherapy - Suggestion Therapy
Normally used for dealing with habits or setting the grounds for new and positive behaviour patterns. Used extensively for smoking cessation and weight management. Also used for relaxation and confidence in many cases. Once negative beliefs, patterns, triggers and behaviours are identified, hypnosis is used to programme new responses to these stimuli. This can normally be achieved through 2-3 hypnosis sessions and is reinforced using specifically recorded hypnosis Audio CD.

Hypno-analysis
Used where discomfort is present due to anxiety symptoms, depression, phobias,insomnia or other conditions that require a more insight into causing factors. This is conducted over no more than eight to ten sessions. Hypno-analysis or Hypno-psychotherapy work on the premise that quite often the past beliefs,traumas, unexpressed emotions and conflicts give rise to many commonly experienced symptoms, anxiety being the most common. The focus therefore is to locate and repair the discrepancies placed by these events. The therapy allows us to unlock unexpressed emotions or deal with traumatic experiences so that they no longer pervade our every thoughts in a discomforting manner. The premise of this therapy is also to equip the client with the necessary personal tools to take the road ahead with condfidence and ease. Gaining freedom and acceptance of these elements is life changing experience.
